So far,the development of state-owned enterprises has played an important role in China's economic development and social stability.As a core factor of production,people's value spillover ability is huge,which is very necessary for their strategic management and development.Therefore,through learning and drawing on domestic and foreign incentive theories and research,some effective incentive improvement methods are summarized and applied to the management and development of traditional small-scale state-owned enterprises,in order to enhance management,improve quality,increase vitality,increase efficiency,better achieve "people-oriented" and promote management upgrades,which has high practical value and practical significance.The article comprehensively uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the analysis induction method,based on domestic and foreign incentive theory and research,combined with the G company's internal incentive practice,in order to find a way to improve the incentive improvement of the traditional small state-owned enterprises.This article mainly discusses from six parts:The first part is the introduction,which briefly describes the background,significance,methods,contents,route and structure of the article.The second part incentive related concept theory and literature review,from the concept of incentive,characteristics,role and influence factors,combined with the main incentive theory and research results at home and abroad,extended to the incentive research of state-owned enterprises.The third part is about the company's profile and internal incentives,starting from the background of G company and introducing the internal incentives that accompany G's reform and development.The fourth part is the analysis of internal incentive of G company.Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper summarizes the internal incentive situation of the current G company from salary,performance,promotion,training,career planning,organization culture and so on.The fifth part is the main way of the internal incentive improvement of G company,which is based on the foundation of the salary contract,enhancing the effectiveness of the organization,enriching the connotation of the behavior innovation and so on.In the 13 aspects,it puts forward constructive suggestions and suggestions on the internal incentive improvement of G company.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.The main conclusions of the article are detailed,and the views and prospects for G company and other similar state-owned enterprises are put forward.The article has a new perspective of observation,new research methods and new political standing.Especially,we use the marginal utility,game theory and entropy method to analyze the essence of phenomena through phenomena.At the same time,the party's fault tolerance and error correction mechanism is comprehensively applied to the incentive and improvement of enterprises.
