Research On The Enterprise Strategy Of GM Group In Chinese Medicine Industry Under The Background Of Supply-Side Reform

With the deepening of medical reform in recent years,the trend of vigorous development of large healthy industries and the determination of China to develop traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.However,in the face of such an industrial situation that China's traditional Chinese medicine industry is mostly small in scale,weak in competitiveness and seriously homogeneous in products,how to seize the favorable opportunity of policies,improve the quality of products and services of enterprises,optimize the allocation of resources of enterprises and enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises under the impetus of supply-side structural reform is a problem worthy of in-depth exploration by every Chinese medicine industry and every pharmaceutical practitioner.This paper takes supply-side reform as the background,based on the theory of enterprise strategy,combined with the current situation of Chinese traditional medicine industry at home and abroad,taking the well-known old state-owned Chinese traditional medicine industry-GM group as an example,through the analysis of GM group's marketing strategy,competitiveness and human resources management,find out the problems in these three aspects,and combined with the four main elements of supply-side reform-labor,technology,capital,system,respectively put forward suggestions or improvement measures to GM group from these four aspects,hope to help the development of GM group,also hope to have reference significance and reference for the reform and development of similar Chinese traditional medicine industry.The thesis focuses on case analysis and comparative analysis when doing analysis and research.Strategic wheel model,pest and SWOT analysis and BCG matrix analysis are used in the enterprise strategic analysis of GM group.When analyzing human resources problems,ardm human resources diagnosis model is used to objectively reflect the problems in GM group enterprise management through data and models.I hope this paper will stand in the latest macro-policy perspective and have practical significance on the road of supply-side reform of Chinese traditional medicine industry.
