With the profound innovation of social and economic structure,the rural labor market also takes a qualitative change-intergenerational alternation.The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become a special and indispensable group in the labor force of our country,and plays a decisive role for the substantial development of enterprises and even the continuous growth of the entire national economy.However,the new generation of migrant workers suffers multiple pressure from the social environment,the homogeneous competition of enterprises and seeking their own progress.They are straightforward,self-willed,self-assertive,independent and yearning for freedom,and they have a completely different outlook on life,world outlook and sense of worth from the first generation of migrant workers.Moreover,they hope to pursue a higher level of life goals while solving the problems of food and clothing through the development platform of enterprises;while,from the perspective of enterprise managers,it is particularly important to effectively manage the new generation of migrant workers to create an endless stream of benefits for enterprises and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity.The optimization of the incentive system and the harmonization of the employee-employer relations are key issues to be solved for the managers of the DXB Company at this stage.The main research object of this paper is the new generation of migrant workers in DXB Company;the research methods and contents: first of all,through the study of previous literature and works,the group characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers in DXB Company were concluded by adopting the literature analysis method;secondly,the incentive factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers in DXB Company were summarized combined with the actual situation of DXB Company through the analysis of the research results of other scholars;thirdly,the incentive factors that affect the new generation of migrant workers in DXB Company were revised by using the interview method;fourthly,based on the revised incentive factors,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the new generation of migrant workers,and the data collected were carried out from the reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive analysis and comparative analysis;fifthly,according to the analysis results,the corresponding measures and suggestions were proposed for the optimization of the incentive system of the new generation migrant workers in DXB Company from the aspects of material incentive,spiritual culture incentive,growth and development incentive,and enterprise system environment incentive,supplemented by the safeguard measures.DXB Company mentioned in this paper typically belongs to the labor-intensive industry in the Pearl River Delta region.In conclusion,the Company's incentive optimization for the new generation of migrant workers provides a reference and guidance for the enterprises of the same type and also has theoretical reference value.
