Driven by the wave of the agricultural industry,government and e-commerce giants,rural e-commerce has entered a positive development trend.The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress proposed that "promoting the integration of the rural secondary and tertiary industries,supporting and encouraging farmers to start employment,expand the channels for increasing income." In the Central Document No.1 of 2017,it was also clearly pointed out that "encouraging local regulations to develop e-commerce industrial parks" required e-commerce industry parks to "congregate brand promotion,logistics distribution,personnel training,technical support,and quality and other functional services".In China's current process of promoting rural e-commerce,rural informatization has made remarkable progress in a short period of time,and traditional agricultural production has achieved significant economic benefits.However,compared with the developed countries,China's agricultural information resources,information service capabilities,and information penetration are all low.In particular,rural e-commerce talent information is weak and information literacy is low.The main channels for information acquisition still rely on In the Internet,television and other means,the amount of available information is small and the content quality is poor,which affects the quality of rural e-commerce development in China,and obviously limits the improvement of e-commerce in the country.Rural e-commerce talents are the main components of rural e-commerce and they bear the important task of social construction.The level of information literacy influences the progress and development of e-commerce and relates to the realization of the future sustainable development goals of society.Because of this,the author analyzes the current status of information literacy of existing rural e-commerce talents based on China's national conditions and proposes a promotion strategy with certain practical significance and guiding significance.This paper,from the perspective of information literacy of peasants,analyzes the problems and safeguard measures of information literacy of current rural electronic commerce talents in our country.The full text is divided into six chapters.Through reviewing the literatures about the research status at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the definition of rural e-commerce talent and expounds the connotation of information literacy.It focuses on the current situation of information literacy of rural e-commerce professionals in China.With the acquisition and processing ability of information and the expression of information And communication skills,moral and security capabilities of information as a starting point for a detailed analysis of the reasons for the low status of rural e-commerce talent in our country to explain the reasons for the situation,and finally proposed to enhance rural e-commerce talent information literacy strategy,close to life,based on reality.Aimed at rural e-commerce talent information literacy raised to the agenda.The innovation of this paper lies in the literature review and analysis of the establishment of the current popular rural e-commerce research,and from the perspective of rural e-commerce personnel to conduct an in-depth study of its importance of information literacy for rural e-commerce to identify obstacles to rural e-commerce Talent information literacy to enhance the main reasons,combined with China's actual national conditions,targeted to promote rural e-commerce talent information literacy promotion strategy.Reverse the dilemma of low information literacy of rural e-commerce professionals,promote the improvement of information literacy of rural e-commerce professionals,and fundamentally promote the development of Internet agriculture and improve the building of a new socialist countryside.
