Reseach On The Problem Of Poverty Alleviation In Fengqiu County

To eradicate poverty,improve people's livelihood,to achieve a comprehensive well-off society is the grand goal of the party's eighteen big picture,the nineteen report also made it clear that China should resolutely win the battle of poverty alleviation,to ensure the current standard of 2020 off poverty counties hat,the rural poor out of poverty.Industrial poverty alleviation is the core content of the development style poverty alleviation,which plays a very important role in promoting the sustained economic development of the poor areas and the stable and increasing income of the poor.The three mountains and one beach area in Henan province is the short board of the well-off society in Henan province.The poor population accounts for about 70% of the poverty-stricken population in Henan province.The Yellow River beach area in Henan,with 4 poverty-stricken counties,414 poor villages and 330 thousand poverty-stricken people,is one of the most concentrated poverty belts in the country.Fengqiu county is located in the Yellow River in 2002,was identified as the national poverty counties,with the characteristics of "poverty,poverty rate,a phenomenon of deep poverty",to achieve the 2020 comprehensive poverty,poverty alleviation task is very heavy.The main reason is that the local industrial base is weak and the industry is not prosperous.Therefore,this paper has carried out the research on the problem of industrial poverty alleviation in Fengqiu county.Fengqiu County,conscientiously implement the central and Henan provincial government,a series of decisions on poverty alleviation and development deployment,the industry as the poverty and poverty alleviation base,poverty reduction mode creative industries,fostering the growth of poverty alleviation,provides a strong support for the realization of sustainable and stable local poverty.The introduction of this article first outlines the background and significance of the research,and then summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the poverty alleviation of industry,and expounds the research methods and structure.In the main aspect of the paper,the paper first summarizes the poverty situation and characteristics of Fengqiu County,then summarizes the status of industrial poverty alleviation in Fengqiu County,analyses the measures and results of industrial poverty alleviation with the help of the real cases of the local industry,and again combs the existing problems in the process of industrial poverty alleviation in Fengqiu County,and finds out the poverty alleviation of the industry.The following problems exist in the following problems: difficulties in the integration of funds,difficulties in implementing policies,weak consciousness of the main body of the poor,the imperfect mechanism of interest linking,the contradiction in the long and short period,and the lack of professional skills.In view of the above problems,the corresponding rationalization countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including the innovation fund integration mechanism,the implementation and strengthening of the industrial poverty alleviation policy,the improvement of the participation mechanism of the poor households,the improvement of the benefit joint mechanism,the complementary development of the long and short industries,and Speeding up the construction of industrial technical personnel.I hope these suggestions will play a guiding role in promoting the better development of local industries to help the poor.
