With the development of the internet,internet+,mobile terminals,smartphones,more and more people use the network in their lives,work and study.At the same time,the expansion of internet users has promoted the emergence and continuous development of network technology,such as network economy,internet of technology,cloud computing technology,and a lot of network platform enterprises.Today,"Internet +" mode of production and application of the network platform of enterprise development gradually seeped to each industry,for social,business,finance,games,transportation and other fields has brought the revolutionary innovation concept,subverts the traditional business model.Of course,the competition among network platform enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,optimizing the competition strategy,and improving the cooperation efficiency of different industry platform enterprises has become the key to the development of network platform enterprises.And the research on competition strategy of Internet enterprises has become one of the hot issues of scholars.This article takes the network platform enterprise as the research object.Through literature analysis,the related concepts of bilateral and platform enterprises are defined.Based on the theory of cooperation and competition and the theory of commercial ecology,the business ecosystem of the network platform enterprise is constructed.The core system of the network platform business system is composed of network platform enterprise,bilateral user,third party payment platform and logistics platform through the interaction of information flow,capital flow and logistics.The relationship between the network platform enterprises and the third party payment platform and the logistics platform is analyzed.The symbiotic relationship between them is divided into the equal symbiotic relationship and the dependent symbiotic relationship,and the relationship between them is verified by the logistic regression model.The logistic regression model is used to verify the relationship between them.The results show that the symbiotic relationship between the network platform enterprises and the third party payment platform enterprises is the equal symbiotic relationship.and the symbiotic relationship between the network platform enterprise and the logistics platform enterprise is a dependent symbiotic relationship.When analyzing the competition relationship between network platform enterprises,this paper analyzes the pricing and profit of network platform enterprises under different user ownership conditions by establishing the Hotelling model,and analyzes and compares the conclusions obtained.The results show that,with a well-defined user scale,the greater the differences between network platform companies,the more favorable to competition.Therefore,on the choice of competitive strategy,the network platform enterprises implement the differentiation strategy,improve the loyalty of the users,improve the popularity of the platform,reduce the operation cost of the platform,and improve the competitive advantage of the platform in the market.Strengthening the information sharing capability of the related platform enterprises,standardizing the benefit distribution mechanism,ensuring the operation efficiency of the network platform enterprise can maintain the symbiotic relationship of the network platform enterprise in the network platform system.In addition,standardizing laws and regulations,strengthening the supervision of network platform system by law is an indispensable guarantee system for network platform system...
