Empirical Analysis On The Financial Ecological Environment And Symbiotic Relationship Between Bank And Enterprise

The relationship between bank and enterprise is one of the most important relationship in the national economy, and its running mode has a direct influence on the whole society’s resource allocation and use efficiency. Good relationship between bank and enterprise can promote the bank’s stable operation and realize the enterprise’s rapid development, which has an important significance on the development of the economy of our country. The relationship is affected not only by economic subjects themselves, but also by many macro factors which influence the development of bank and enterprise, such as law、integrity、intermediary services and so on. Synthesize all externalities that impact financial development, Chinese scholars come up with such concept called financial ecology environment. Favorable financial ecological environment is the premise for the sustainable development of finance. It can effectively improve the development of society, economy and finance harmoniously and promote the positive interaction between bank and enterprise indirectly.This paper extends symbiotic philosophy in ecology to the relationship between bank and enterprise. Firstly we use causality method to theoretical analyzed such relationship. Then with the help of co-integration test and granger causality, we quantitatively confirm symbiotic relationship between bank and enterprise further. At last this paper introduces the conception of financial ecology environment, using system dynamics, try to analysis the influence that the improvement of financial ecology environment have on the relationship of bank and enterprise by building subsystem、building SD model、model simulation and policy simulation.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical, this article has two results:first, it exist symbiotic relationship between bank and enterprise. The improvement of company prosecution will promote the developing of bank and vice versa; second, the improvement of financial ecology environment has positive impacts on the development of bank and enterprise, which means the development of bank and enterprise in a better financial ecology environment will be stronger then in a worse one. Based on the above conclusions, this article gives policy recommendations from macro-aspect and micro-aspect. Micro side, bank and enterprise can improve themselves by establishing the risk warning system、strengthening the construction of credit system and so on, such methods can not only promote running level oneself but also help the other to develop indirectly; macro side, we can improve the financial ecology environment by perfecting the law system、improving population quality、pushing the development of financial intermediaries, and then stimulate the development of bank and enterprise.
