Study On Support System Of Mechanization In Whole Process Of Agricultural Production In Jilin Province In Perspective Of Supply-side Reform

Agricultural production has taken on a new look with the continuous advancement of the industrial revolution.Especially after entering the 21 st century,although the proportion of agriculture in total output has gradually declined,the status of agriculture as a basic industry has not changed.Correspondingly,many practical problems facing agricultural development are urgently needed to be solved.At the end of 2015,the central government proposed a policy related to the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.In order to solve the problems encountered in the process of agricultural development in China,such as the difficulty of increasing farmers' income,the unreasonable planting structure,and the inversion of grain prices,etc.,After two years of policy promotion and implementation,the structural reform of the agricultural supply side has been widely accepted and promoted nationwide.The study on mechanization in whole process of agricultural production in this paper can play a role in reducing agricultural production costs and improving agricultural production efficiency in the process of advancing the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.However,the current development of agricultural mechanization has not formed a complete support system to systematically advance.Therefore,this paper studies the support system of agricultural mechanization in the whole process.In the broad sense,mechanization in whole process of agricultural production refers to the use of agricultural machinery to improve the efficiency of agricultural production during the entire process of agricultural production.The whole process of agricultural production is divided into three production stages: pre-production,production,and post-production.The middle-production stage is the main stage of agricultural production.Since the mid-production stage covers most of the agricultural production and has a relatively large impact on farmers,this paper defines the entire agricultural mechanization at the mid-production stage as a narrow-scale full-scale agricultural mechanization.After fully reading the domestic and foreign literature related to mechanization in whole process of agricultural production,this article briefly reviews this article briefly reviews related research.On this basis,based on the actual data of agricultural mechanization operations available in Jilin Province,evaluate the development level of mechanization in whole process of agricultural production in Jilin Province,It also serves as an objective basis for the establishment of a comprehensive support system.At the same time,combined with the policy background of agricultural supply-side structural reforms,Using P.Checkland's “Investigative Learning” model to build a support system for mechanization in whole process of agricultural production.including the agricultural machinery research and development system,the agricultural machinery production system,the government behavior,the new-type business development system,and the agricultural market-oriented service system.As the support system in Jilin Province is a complex system,its impact on raising the level of full-scale agricultural mechanization is also a complex system issue.Therefore,using the AHP method to study the relative importance of various subsystems in improving the level of agricultural mechanization in the whole process,combined with the particularity of the problem,the AHP results were corrected by means of cross reinforcement matrix and DEMATEL method.The results show that the government behavior's role in guiding and supporting the mechanization in whole process of agricultural production is very significant.Based on a systematic analysis support system,this article has also analyzed in detail the development status and existing problems of the various subsystems of the agricultural mechanization support system in Jilin Province.In the full text,the relevant suggestions for improving the entire agricultural mechanization support system in Jilin Province are proposed.
