On The Linkage Of Productive Service Industry And Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Heilongjiang Province

As the two key industries in Heilongjiang Province,the equipment manufacturing industry and the productive service industry have made great contributions to the social and economic development of the whole province.With the continuous promotion of industrialization in Heilongjiang Province,the connection between the two industries is becoming closer.However,it should be noted that although China's economy is showing a trend of upward trend against the background of the global economy,Heilongjiang Province,as one of the heavy industry bases in China,has not been developing rapidly,but showing a relative decline in economic recession and economic status.One of the important reasons for this phenomenon is the lack of effective linkage between the industries of Heilongjiang province.Especially,the linkage level between the two pillar industries of Heilongjiang's equipment manufacturing industry and producer services is relatively weak.Their low level of development,weak innovation ability and low professionalization level are also prominent.In fact,the industrial linkage development is an effective means to solve the above problems,but the effect of the two major industries is not ideal at present.Therefore,this paper is committed to strengthening the linkage between Heilongjiang's equipment manufacturing industry and producer services,so as to solve these two industrial development problems and further revitalize the whole province's economy.First of all,according to industry association,value chain,transaction cost theory,the linkage relationship between equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry were expounded.The analysis of the main factors affecting the linkage,namely market demand strength,industry competition pressure,the degree of technological innovation,industrial development level etc.At the same time,this paper further analyzes the economic effect of industrial upgrading,value chain upgrading,industrial structure optimization,innovation optimization and so on between equipment manufacturing and producer services.Secondly,by studying the development situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province and production services,this paper further refines the restricting factors of the two industry,including concentration degree insufficient,same configuration of industry development,and then demonstrate the mechanism of industry linkage development to solve the above problems.Finally,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the index calculation and the strength of linkage between the two industries by input-output model and grey relational model,the conclusion is the strength of demand for the equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province on the production service industry overall strength of association and demand strength is stronger than the production service industry of the equipment manufacturing industry,so between the two industry bidirectional association strength is weak,had a negative impact on the development of industry.According to the above analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for strengthening the linkage strength,such as the construction of industrial cluster development pattern,establish linkage technology exchange platform,strengthening inter industry inter industry enterprises linkage consciousness,improve the industrial linkage between cooperation mechanism,strengthen the government policy support linkage.The conclusion that the linkage development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry can not only solve the problem of industrial development in Heilongjiang Province,but also can provide some experience for other regions and other industries to develop together.
