On The Development Of Health Service Industry In Shandong Province Under The Background Of Supply Side Reform

After almost forty years' reform and opening,people's living standard in China has greatly increased.The per capita income increases gradually and people begin to pay more attention to their own physical quality and the pursuit of a healthier life with the change of lifestyle and the attitude to life,which stimulate the market demand for health services.As a new industry,health service industry has been valued by the state and local government.It can not only improve people's livelihood and the health literacy of the whole people,meet the growing health needs of residents,but also optimize a region's industrial structure and promote economic development.The State Council issued the "13th Five-Year" health plan that clearly put forward the development of health services,improve the level of medical services and health care services for the elderly,promote the development of commercial health insurance.There are a lot of people in Shandong province and Shandong has entered the middle aging society.Residents will have more and more demand for health services as time goes on.Therefore,the development of health service industry is of great significance for promoting the social and economic development of Shandong province.On the background of supply side reforms,this paper study the domestic and foreign scholars' research on health services and related theory.Firstly I analyze the current development of health service industry in Shandong Province and summarize the comparative advantage of Shandong province in the development of health services.Secondly,I use the theory of economic growth to estimate the contribution rate of health services to economics development.Using the gray relation analysis method to analyze which factors affecting the development of health service industry in Shandong Province are priority.Thirdly,I analysis the problems existing in the development of health service industry from the perspective of industry development and supply:the market is lack of total supply and personalized supply,industry structure is not reasonable.The last but not the least,according to the above analysis,problems,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions:innovating health service supply mode,expanding Large and effective supply;subdividing consumer groups and providing personalized health services,formulating scientific and reasonable development plans and promoting industrial integration.
