Analysis Of Factors And Countermeasures Of Affecting The Development Of The Service Industry

With the continuous development of society, the service industry is also in constant progress. The added value of China's service industry as a share of GDP, from 43.4% in 2009 to 50.5% in 2015, the status and the role of service industry in economic growth have been improved obviously, and the service industry becomes one of the main driving force of China's new round of economic growth. To speed up the development of China's service industry is the inherent requirement of the optimization of industrial structure and the implementation of industrial upgrading strategy, and it is of great significance to alleviate the pressure of resources and improve people's quality of life.This paper analyzes the factors that restrict the development of service industry, and put forward countermeasures according to the problems based on the current stage of development and the existing problems of service industry in northern Anhui. This is the general idea of this paper. It not only has a strong representation, but also has a strong practical significance for the development of the service industry and the promotion of industrial upgrading in the backward area.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and so on. Firstly, this paper reviews the existing domestic and foreign literature researches, specifically based on the level of the overall development of service industry, the internal structure of the service industry, the employment of service industry, human capital, urbanization, the relations between supply and demand of services, and so on; and summarizes the main factors that restrict the development of service industry in northern Anhui. Secondly, according to these factors, taking the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze the current stage of development and the existing problems of service industry in northern Anhui, sum up the main problems of the service industry and it include the lack of overall development, the imbalance of internal structure, the weak competitiveness of enterprises and the lack of ability to absorb employment. Thirdly, combining with these questions and basing on a large number of data by investigation to find out the reasons that restrict the development of service industry in northern Anhui with the data, chart and text, and summed up the reasons are as follows, the infrastructure condition is not perfect, development environment need to be improved, the service demand is insufficient, the opening degree of service industry is low, the talent supply is insufficient, the service function of urbanization is not high, and service industry supply capacity is weak. Finally, according to these backward reasons and the comparative advantages of northern Anhui, this paper analyzes the development direction and the key development industries of the service industry in northern Anhui, and points out that we should complete institutional environment, market environment, talent environment and service demand environment to improve development environment of the service industry.This paper aims at the development situation of the service industry in underdeveloped northern Anhui, takes the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to find out the main factors that restrict the development of service industry and proposes specific suggestions. Although it aims at northern Anhui, but the problems and methods of improvement is general. This paper has a certain practical significance to promote the service industry and the industrial upgrading in all of the country's backward regions. This is the innovation of this paper.
