Solar energy as a new type of renewable clean energy,new energy industry has become a global elite.Scale is a leading global photovoltaic industry development in our country,but the industry competitiveness is weak,low added value,some problems such as wasting resources,coupled with the United States and the European Union's "double reverse" survey,make Europe's photovoltaic subsidies were cut,cause excessive reliance on in and out of China pv enterprises are treading on thin ice.As an industry leader,yingli group is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in order to realize successful transformation and sustainable development of enterprisesThis article takes Yingli Group as the research object,uses the enterprise strategic management theory and analysis methods,analyzes Yingli's development status,and discovers the problems in its operation and management as well as the long-range development strategy.Based on this,it passes Yingli Group's internal and external environment of yingli group,research the company's strategic advantages,weaknesses,threats and opportunities,thus proposed yingli company's new development strategy and strategic initiatives.This thesis first three chapters mainly introduced the research background,and the theory of strategic basis,the fourth chapter analysis of enterprise internal and external environment,The fifth chapter analyzes the strategic positioning and business goals of the company after the transformation and upgrading.The sixth chapter discusses the implementation.Finally summarizes the full text of the main research conclusion.The paper proposes that the Yingli Group needs to face and resolve various situations and problems that have emerged after a strategic transformation.It is necessary to integrate resources,improve management concepts,improve financing capabilities,enhance core competitiveness,and improve product quality and soundness through an optimized framework in a timely manner.Standardization system,establishment of brand advantages,and improvement of corporate influence and other methods to solve the problem.It is hoped that this article can provide reference and reference for the development of yingli group and domestic pv enterprises.
