Research On The Supervision Of Online Commodity Trading Of Guangzhou From The Perspective Of Responsive Regulation Theory

As a national E-commerce demonstration city,Guangzhou's network economy is developing rapidly in recent years.In 2017,the online retail trade volume was 318.505 billion yuan,ranking first in the province,and the cross-border E-commerce import and export and express business volume ranked first in the country.At the same time,there are still some problems in the supervision of online commodity trading in Guangzhou,such as the personnel allocation of supervision team,the construction of online monitoring platform,and the cooperation and co governance of all parties,which lead to the frequent occurrence of illegal acts such as false propaganda,false advertising,fake and Shoddy Commodity sales,illegal purchasing on behalf of others,and consumption fraud,and hinder the healthy development of Guangzhou's online economy.This paper takes the practice of online commodity trade supervision in Guangzhou as a sample,uses the Responsive Supervision theory,adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative research,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the supervision of online commodity trade in Guangzhou from different dimensions such as supervision system,supervision subject and supervision means.It is believed that these problems are mainly caused by the imperfect network supervision system,the imperfect integrity system,the insufficient strength of the supervision team,the poor coordination of the network mechanism,and the backward supervision technology.Based on the above analysis and referring to the supervision experience of some regions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward a series of suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the system construction,strengthen the team construction,build a multi governance pattern,and strengthen the technical support.It preliminarily shows the purpose,subject,object and method of the supervision of the online commodity trading,and enlightens the supervision efficiency improvement of Guangzhou's online commodity trading market and the healthy,harmonious and orderly development promotion of online commodity trading market in Guangzhou and even in China.
