Along with the extending policy support to health insurance products and carrying out in-depth reform of the medical and health care system by China,of multilevel medical security system has become increasingly mature.In this situation,the health insurance of this time is an important supplement under the basic medical insurance system and playing an increasingly important role as an safeguard.As one of the main businesses of RS company,health insurance contributes a lot to the growth of insurance premium.First of all,this paper takes RS as the specific object of research.On the premise of introducing the situation of company and health insurance marketing,this paper points out the existing problems and the causes of these problems in the current health insurance marketing of the company.Secondly,by analyzing the macro environment and the competitive environment of RS insurance company's health insurance business,analyzing the macro environment and the competitive environment of health insurance in detail,then combining the actual situation of RS insurance company,this paper presents marketing strategies for RS insurance company and solves the problems existing in the marketing of health insurance company and carries out business strategy in the long run,and improves the target market,the product,the channel,the promotion,and the service,etc..At last,this paper raises the safeguard measures for RS company to set up health insurance marketing strategy from the perspectives of scientific resource allocation and differentiation development,staff's sense of ownership and human resources construction,marketing executive capacity and power of control,and risk control and finance management.Writing this paper hopes to supply marketing decision references for developing the market and the sustainable development of the health insurance of RS insurance company.
