Empirical Study Of Entrepreneurs Prior Experience,Entrepreneurship And Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurship is an important factor able to promote the continuous development of the economy.Including academia and government pay more and more attention to the entrepreneurship,the entrepreneur is the subject of entrepreneurship, and the entrepreneur human capital for entrepreneurial success has a crucial impact. Some scholars have set out factors influencing the success of entrepreneurs from the point of view of human capital,and found the experience for its entrepreneurs have a critical impact on previously.Entrepreneurs will be accumulated certain knowledge and skills in the course of prior learning and a variety of work experience,and resources can be obtained from the network of relationships established in their past, which are played a role on the entrepreneurial performance.This article is from the entrepreneur’s previous experience in starting the introduction of entrepreneurship as an intermediary variable to study the relationship among prior experience, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance, explore entrepreneurial capacity in which the role,and we want to draw conclusions through empirical research methods.Prior experience in research entrepreneurs,scholars mostly accustomed to previous experience and entrepreneurial opportunities combined,For the relationship between previous experience and entrepreneurial performance,most scholars study the direct relationship, and the conclusions are not consistent.Most of domestic scholars extract a fact of prior experience to study the relation ship between previous experience of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance,but with little real demonstration to explore the relationship between them.Based on the review of the relevant theory and literature basis,summarized the object of study and research elements,constructed the theoretical model of prior experience of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance,and put forward relevant assumptions.Collect data through questionnaires,and the use of its software SPSS21.0 factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis.More objective and in-depth explore the relationship among entrepreneurs previous experience,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.Finally,article concluded as follows:entrepreneurs’ experience and entrepreneurial capability will directly affect the business performance previously;entrepreneurs’ experience will have an impact for entrepreneurship previously,entrepreneurship among entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance prior experience played a part intermediate effect, which shows part of the entrepreneur’s previous experience is to act on the business performance through entrepreneurial capacity.
