Due to the “melamine” incident in 2008,the unknown side of Sanlu infant formula was reported.Many companies such as Mengniu and Yili discovered the existence of “melamine” during the random inspection process,causing consumers to start more and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of food.Consumer health and food safety are closely related to the quality of dairy products.The dairy industry,as an integral part of national life,raising dairy company's own value is currently a problem.Need to fully understand the current status of China's dairy products company and the company's value.This article is based on the theory of balanced scorecards and uses case analysis to take Bright Dairy as an example.It uses a combination of literature research,case study,and survey questionnaires to find a balanced scorecard theory in Bright Dairy.The detailed method of value enhancement will ensure the healthy and stable development of Bright Dairy.First of all,it introduces the status of the Balanced Scorecard at home and abroad.Based on the Balanced Scorecard Theory,this paper proposes a bright dairy industry value promotion strategy based on balanced scorecards.Then,under the premise of this idea,we construct astrategic blueprint for Bright Dairy to guide the company's advancement,and analyze in detail the development status of Bright Dairy through financial,customer,internal processes,and learning growth,and pointed out that the value of Bright Dairy's promotion is balanced.The necessity of the scorecard leads to the company's existing problems and risks.Compared with Yili's financial data,it selects four years of data to identify important links and influencing factors for the improvement of Bright Dairy's value,and build a system to take effective measures.Optimize each node of the company to enhance the value of Bright Dairy.The last is the conclusion of this article and the limitations of the study.This article evaluates the value of Bright Dairy based on the Balanced Scorecard Theory,which helps it to recognize its own opportunities and challenges,and then purposefully formulate company strategies to promote the realization of the company's strategic blueprint,and also to further develop the market for Bright Dairy.Create epoch-making influence.To enable its company to quickly and effectively raise the value level and realize the long-term sustainable development of Bright Dairy.
