With the major event of the dairy industry in recent years, the dairy food safety issue has become the focus of attention of all consumers. China’s dairy market competition subject to the contention of the dairy milk resource, the State introduced dairy GB, the purpose of the specification cow and dairy processing industry and the industry standard in order to create a favorable competitive environment for the development of the Chinese dairy industry. With the rising consumer dairy food safety requirements, raw milk in the current national standards must constantly improve on a normative basis for the development of the dairy cow livestock and in future the struggle for markets tend to product quality, R&D capability of competition. Studies have shown that China’s dairy industry is very high degree of product homogeneity. And several large-scale dairy producers’marketing strategy is also highly homogeneous. Bright Dairy is a dairy producer, currently ranked No.3. In this article by the SWOT analysis of Bright Dairy with the new Dairy GB, combined with the competitive corporate marketing strategy, put forward product, price, place, promotion, and the optimal adjustment of the mix marketing program for Bright Dairy.The results show that the newly introduced national standard of the industry had a major impact on the domestic dairy companies. Facing the industry to re-shuffle, changes in market consumption patterns and consumers are increasingly high food safety and quality demands, in the adjustment and optimization of the marketing strategy, in conjunction with the market environment, consumer demands and their own advantages, Bright Dairy should focus on the aspects of the research strength and high-quality milk of itself. With the marketing strategy difficult to be competitive and rich product mix of high-tech to be imitated, giving consumers more choices. Whether it is online dissemination or off-line promotion, it should seize the main selling point of its core product to publicize, to turn regional brand into a national brand, to establish market position firmly.
