Analysis On Operational Capability And Promotion Strategy Of Bright Dairy

In recent years,the dairy industry develops rapidly and the competition becomes more and more fierce.As an enterprise with rapid development in China's dairy industry,Bright Dairy's performance in recent years is far from that of Yi Li and Meng Niu.Mengniu and Yili have largely seized the market share of Bright Dairy.In order to gain more market share and gain a firm foothold in the market,Bright Dairy must improve its own operating efficiency,change the previous operation and management mode,further tap its own resources and potential,and improve its core competitiveness.The study of operation capacity is an important financial work in the daily management of enterprises.How to improve the use efficiency of various funds and improve the operation capacity of enterprises has become the primary task of dairy enterprises at present.This article uses the theory of operation ability combined with the actual case,first of all,elaborates the related concepts and theories,secondly introduces the entire dairy industry status quo and analysis of the basic situation of the dairy industry,light,and then through the calculation of index analysis,industry analysis,and influence factors analysis of Bright Dairy 2010-2019,total assets operation ability,current assets operation ability and non-current assets operation ability has carried on the analysis and evaluation,deeply excavated in Bright Dairy operating capacity management existence question and the reason,in terms of total assets,assets structure ratio imbalance,low utilization rate of total assets;Current assets,serious inventory overstock,slow recovery of accounts receivable;In terms of non-current assets,there are problems such as unscientific investment in fixed assets and imperfect management of intangible assets.Finally,in view of the problems in the operation capacity of Bright Dairy industry,some improvement strategies are proposed.The asset structure can be adjusted and the sales link can be optimized in terms of the total asset management.In terms of current asset management,reasonable control of inventory and improvement of receivables collection system;For the management of non-current assets,we can reasonably invest in fixed assets and establish a management system for intangible assets.It is hoped that the analysis of Bright Dairy's operating capacity in this paper will help dairy enterprises improve their operating capacity,reduce their costs,and provide help and reference for enhancing their market competitiveness.
