Study On The Role Of Local Government In The Development Of Anji White Tea Industry Cluster

As a large agricultural country with a long history,China has always attached importance to agricultural development,and the development of agricultural economy has a bearing on the overall situation of national stability,economic and social development.At present,the development of agriculture in the world shows the trend of planning and agglomeration,and forms the phenomenon of agricultural industrial cluster.Industrial cluster can promote the regional economy to develop rapidly and healthily.At the same time,it is an important way to realize the rationalization of regional economic structure,optimization of resource allocation and formation of regional competitive advantage.Therefore,the research on the development of China's agricultural industrial cluster,especially how the local government can further play its role in the development of agricultural industrial cluster,owning a good theoretical and realistic role.This study takes the Anji White Tea Industry Cluster of Anji County as the research object,combined with the government function related theory,on the basis of the development history of Anji White Tea Industry.This paper discusses and analyzes the role of local government in the development of Anji White Tea Industry Cluster.This study divides the development of Anji White Tea Industry Cluster into the germination stage,growth stage and stabilization stage,and discusses things from five aspects,including industry main body support,network support,technical support,factor support and institutional support.The content and function of local government in different phases of the development of Anji White Tea Industry Cluster were analyzed and studied.The main results are as follows: The agricultural industrial cluster needs many kinds of resources,and the five aspects of local government support function have different emphases in different stages of development.At the initial stage,local governments put emphasis on technical support and factor support,so that industry can make better use of its unique resource endowment advantage.In the growth stage,the focus of the main body support and network support can make the rapid development and growth of the industry and the formation of industrial clusters;in the stable stage,we should focus on the support of the system,helping the industrial cluster grow stronger,accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters,promoting the healthy development of industrial clusters.
