Research On The Availability Of Farmers' Entrepreneurial Policy Resources And Their Impact On Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurship has become a new trend in the new era,and the whole people are in full swing in starting their own businesses.The government has launched a series of entrepreneurial policies,encouraging the whole nation to widen their income channels through their entrepreneurial activities so as to raise the level of national income and promote the development of the national economy.For the farmers who have traditionally lived with their backs towards the ground and earned income through land and labor work,the introduction of this series of entrepreneurial policies has provided a favorable guarantee for them to start a business.And the start-up has become a new direction for the peasantry.Our country is strongly advocating that farmers rely on their own strength to become rich,and providing farmers with a good resource of entrepreneurship policy,which provides policy support and guarantee for farmers' entrepreneurship.This paper is based on 1080 survey data of Jiangxi Province entrepreneurs,using binary selection model,poisson model and ordered probit model.This paper analyses the influence factors of whether the farmer has obtained the resource of entrepreneurship policy,the influential factor of the farmer's obtaining the resource quantity of the enterprise policy and the availability of the farmers entrepreneurship policy resources.This paper provides some references for not only improving the support system of farmers entrepreneurship policy,but also raising the probability of the farmer to get the resource of the enterprise policy and the profit of the farmer's enterprise.The research results show that skills training,government staff contacts,banking relations,social activities and land resources have a significant positive influence on whether rural households have access to the resources of entrepreneurship policy while per capita income has a significant negative impact on whether rural households have access to entrepreneurship policy resources;There is a significant positive impact on the level of literacy,Skills Training,the share of agricultural income,high-level linkages,land resources and the amount of entrepreneurship policy resources available to farmers while transport facilities have a significant negative impact on the number of farmers' access to entrepreneurship policy resources;The availability of Policy Resources for agricultural entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance in general.When the number of entrepreneurship policy resources or the number of entrepreneurial policy resources is increased,the entrepreneurial performance of the farmers will be improved.At the same time,the gender,marital status,high-level contact,the type of friends on the entrepreneurial performance is also significant.The influence of the age,skill,skill training and banking relationship have a less significant impact on the farmers entrepreneurial performance.There was no significant relationship between the level of culture,the family population,the connections between government personnel,social activities,transportation facilities and land resources.According to the research above,I think: first of all,the government should pay attention to the quality and level of the farmer's start-up while advocating the farmers' entrepreneurship,and should take the improvement of the income and the quality of the business as the main task.Secondly,the government should strengthen the publicity of the farmer start-up policy and do a good job of entrepreneurship policy.The policy of farmers' entrepreneurship should be put into practice,so that the broad masses of farmers can enjoy the good policy of the country.Thirdly,more skills training should be carried out to improve the quality of the entrepreneurial farmers.At the same time,all kinds of social activities can be organized to enrich the lives of farmers and expand the social network of entrepreneurial farmers.Finally,we will further improve the rural transportation facilities and protect the rural land resources.By promoting the construction of rural infrastructure and reducing the cost of the farmers' starting-up,we can provide a good environment for the development of agricultural enterprises,so as to improve the level and quality of the farmers' starting-up.
