Research On The Relationship Of Entrepreneurship Policy Farmers Entrepreneurial Capacity And Entrepreneurial Enterprise’s Performance

Farmers’entrepreneurship has evolved from the non-mainstream of the early1990s to today’s a common phenomenon, and after the peasant worker rush in last century, it greatly develops into another tendency in countryside,"the tide of farmer entrepreneurship ". It can not only increase the income of entrepreneurial farmers, but promote rural economic development and transfer the rural surplus labor, providing a new method and way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". However, with the influence of impirical knowledge shortage, business model and social networks imperfect etc.which called "novelty disadvantage", farmers startups at the beginning of the growth show high uncertainty and fuzziness. Therefore, a research about how to improve the farmers’business enterprise performance has very important theoretical significance and practical guiding significance.In the former research literature, most researchers have focused on the present situation of their business starting question and the countermeasure analysis, business support system construction, the influencing factors of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial farmers regional differences and the influence factors of farmers’business performance, from the aspects of peasant family environment, as well as farmers’entrepreneurship activities influence the enterprise performance. But less to study farmers’entrepreneurship ability to influence farmers start-up performance, especially combine with entrepreneurial policy to study the relationship between the farmers’entrepreneurship, business policy and business enterprise performance study. Therefore, this article takes farmers start-up performance as the dependent variable, farmer entrepreneurship as the independent variable, entrepreneurship policy as intermediary variable, enterprise network as moderator Variable to explore the mutual relationship between farmers’entrepreneurship ability, entrepreneurship policy and the corporate performance.On the basis of studying relevant research literature and finishing, this paper constructs a theory model of farmer entrepreneurship competence through entrepreneurship policy to effect farmers’entrepreneurship enterprise performance. And combines with farmers’entrepreneurship special entrepreneurship environment at the same time, every research variable has been divided into several dimensions, the farmers’entrepreneurship competence is divided into opportunity ability, organization and management ability, innovation ability; Entrepreneurship policy is divided into increasing entrepreneurial opportunities and improve the ability of entrepreneurship policy; farmer venture performance is divided into survivability performance and growth performance; Enterprise network on the basis of network relation intensity, divided into strong relationship and weak one. Then using questionnaire to collect data, and using statistical software SPSS16.0and AMOS7.0to analysis the data, mainly include descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and the validity of the test, etc. The final statistical results show that:the farmers’entrepreneurship competence has a positive effect on business entrepreneurial performance; the opportunity ability and risk to bear ability have a great influence on survivability performance; innovation ability, organization and management ability and risk to bear ability has a significant effect on growth performance; Entrepreneurship policy has positive effects on enterprise performance, and increasing the chance of entrepreneurship policy and improve the ability of entrepreneurship policy have a larger effect on growth performance, and increasing opportunity policy and improving ability policy have a significant impact on survivability performance; Entrepreneurship policy is beneficial to the improvement of the farmers’entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship policy which increase entrepreneurship opportunity has a great influence on organization and management ability and risk to bear ability, and entrepreneurship policy which improves entrepreneurship ability have a significant impact on opportunity ability and innovation ability; Entrepreneurship policy plays a mediating role in the process of farmer entrepreneurial capability to farmers entrepreneurial performance; Enterprise network plays a regulatory role in the process of the farmers’entrepreneurship competence to entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurship policy to venture enterprise performance.The biggest innovation in this study is that on the base of farmer entrepreneurship field, from the point of farmers’entrepreneurship competence, entrepreneurship policy, enterprise network, to comprehensive consider their effect to farmer entrepreneurial performance and construct a new theoretical model in this field, through the theory discussion and empirical analysis, this model has been proved,which provide a theoretical framework and empirical basis for the future research.
