As an important industry of China's national economy,equipment manufacturing industry has a direct impact on the national economy.As China's heavy industrial production base,Inner Mongolia is nowadays an important issue in how to seize this opportunity to upgrade the level of technological innovation during the period of supply-side structural reforms.This article comprehensively uses literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and empirical analysis to measure the technological innovation efficiency of Inner Mongolian equipment manufacturing industry,and empirically analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of equipment manufacturing technology innovation,and provides an implementation for Inner Mongolia equipment manufacturing industry to enhance the efficiency of technological innovation path.This article studies the current situation of equipment manufacturing industry and the technical efficiency of innovation activities in three parts.The first part is the first and second chapters,summarizing the relevant literature and the theoretical basis needed to find the deficiencies of the existing research,laying a good foundation for the follow-up study of the article;the second part is the third,fourth and fifth chapters.Chapter 3 starts with the investment and output of technological innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia to conduct statistical description analysis of the industry and sub-sectors.In the fourth chapter,after a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the development of equipment manufacturing industry,its innovation activities are divided into two stages of technology research and development and achievement transformation.The technological innovation efficiency activities of the equipment manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia are conducted from static and dynamic respectively.measure.The fifth chapter explores the influencing factors of the technological innovation efficiency of Inner Mongolian equipment manufacturing industry by stepwise regression using time series data.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,which draws main conclusions and proposes countermeasures based on the previous chapters.The empirical analysis mainly draws conclusions from two aspects: First,the efficiency gap between the technological innovations of various sub-sectors in the equipment manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia is far behind.From the perspective of industry scale,the top three are the metal manufacturing industry.Electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,general equipment manufacturing.In addition,the industry that accounts for the smallest proportion-instrumentation and culture,office machinery manufacturing.Secondly,judging from the static evaluation results,the technical efficiency in the R&D phase is far greater than the conversion phase,indicating that there is still a large room for improvement in the technical efficiency of the conversion phase.Judging from the dynamic evaluation results,the changes in the efficiency of technological innovation in the equipment manufacturing industry in Inner Mongolia during the period of 2009-2016 did not show a certain pattern,but revolved around fluctuations.The efficiency of technological innovation among sub-sectors varies greatly.In addition,changes in the efficiency of technological innovations in general equipment manufacturing and special equipment manufacturing industries over time,and changes in other sub-sectors are relatively stable.Third,from the regression results of influencing factors,the R&D expenditure structure of enterprises(RDES)The coefficient of estimation is significantly positive,and is the main influencing factor.It shows that the inefficiency level of technological innovation activities in equipment manufacturing industry is positively correlated with the ratio of technology import expenditure and digestion and absorption expenditure.
