In the 21 st century,the traditional economic model has gradually been changed into a highly competitive knowledge-based economy model.It is no longer viable for enterprises to stick to the rules,and only by continuously innovating can they gain a foothold in the fierce competition before they can talk about development.Learning is the basis of innovation,but how to promote innovation through organizational learning has always been the focus of scholars and business managers both in China and abroad.Many scholars at home and abroad have found that organizational learning plays a positive and significant role in enterprise innovation.However,so far,few scholars have explored the mechanism of organizational learning on enterprise innovation from the perspective of organizational learning.This study is based on the unique knowledge economy and cultural background of our country,mainly in Beijing,Hebei and Inner Mongolia,the purpose of the questionnaire is to explore the extent of organizational learning dimensions of the impact on business innovation,drawn favorable and business management Practical conclusions and recommendations.Combining the literature research method to establish the theoretical model of organizational learning to enterprise innovation,select the empirical research method to explore the degree of impact of all dimensions of organizational learning on the various dimensions of enterprise innovation.This study is divided into six parts: The first part puts forward the research background,the research goal and the significance.The second part summarizes the connotation and dimension of the two variables,and combs the current research on the relationship between the two variables at home and abroad.The third part presents the theoretical model,The second part analyzes the mechanism of the two variables and puts forward corresponding hypotheses;the fourth part describes the technologies and methods used to complete this study;the fifth part uses SPSS software for empirical analysis,The collected questionnaires data are collated and analyzed to verify the assumptions and summarize the results.The sixth part is based on the results of the fifth part,put forward suggestions from the practical application,and point out the limitations and future prospects of this study.This study found and confirmed:(1)Organizational learning has a significant direct positive impact on business management innovation.(2)Organizational learning has a significant positive impact on enterprise technology innovation.(3)knowledge acquisition has a greater impact on enterprise technological innovation.(4)knowledge sharing has a greater impact on enterprise management innovation.(5)knowledge interpretation plays an important role in the technological innovation and management innovation of enterprises.(6)knowledge integration has a greater impact on enterprise technological innovation.(7)organizational memory has a greater impact on enterprise management innovation.Studying the impact of organizational learning on enterprise innovation from the perspective of the dimension of utility effect is not only an academic issue but also an urgent problem to be solved in the process of enterprise practice and is the concrete aspect of organizational learning and innovation strategic management theory and technology in the practice of enterprise management use.This paper makes up for the deficiencies of relevant research at home and abroad,further perfected the relevant theories and provided the theoretical basis for the practice of enterprise management,which has some guiding significance.
