Taking the realization of China's two " centenary goals" as a time node to look forward to the future,Chinese enterprises are standing at a new starting line.Any enterprise,eager for success and promoting the economic benefit,knows that the enterprise culture plays an plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing market competitiveness,rallying employees,promoting productivity and making more profits.Building an enterprise culture,in line with its actual development,is an indispensable factor to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises and an important indicator to measure the quality and development potential of enterprises.Through more than 40 years of arduous struggle and development,Hubei TR Co.Ltd.has gradually been forming and improving a series of enterprise culture—heart is strong,the wisdom of the mind,achievement customers,devised the future—with its' own characteristic,from spontaneous to conscious and from scattered to the system.In the desire of making its' product as the“first-class car of choice" and with the changes of internal and external environment,it need to follow the pace of The Times to upgrade and reform its' corporate culture,and finally to form a new concept of corporate culture system.On the basis of a systematic analysis on the relevant theories about enterprise culture and consulting all levels of leadership and the staff of the company,this paper decides to make a systematic and comprehensive empirical research on the culture of TR Co.Ltd.from the spiritual level,system level,behavioral level as well as the material level by questionnaires.Through the issuance of questionnaires,data collection and screening of effective questionnaire,with the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),EXCEL and MATLAB tool,find out the existing problems of the corporate culture to make a new management scheme.The author uses some research method to set out a new corporate culture strategy and change the idea and consciousness of business leaders,from the material level,institutional level,behavior level and spiritual level.(1)In the spiritual cultural level,this paper mainly through strengthens the unity of the spirit of enterprise culture connotation,improves the staff's recognition and popularity to the spirit of enterprise culture,enriches corporate culture to promote the enterprise image and so on ways to strengthen the construction of spiritual culture;(2)At the institutional culture level,it is necessary to deepen the institutional culture construction by constantly improving the enterprise leadership system,organizational structure and rules and regulations.(3)On the aspect of behavior cultural construction,this paper discusses it from two different angles,the leaders and staff.The company leadership requires higher task management skills,interpersonal relationship management ability and the ability of self management.,the staff must intensify the employee's behavior cultural construction from strengthening the construction of staff team spirit to improve the company atmosphere,cultivate innovative learning spirit and innovative spirit to build a learning organization,(4)In the aspect of enterprise material culture construction,the TR enterprise can ascend the human environment,add stylistic facilities and amusement facilities to improve the material culture of the enterprise.Thus,in order to make the new enterprise culture deep inside all of the employee from top to bottom,effective communication mechanism can be formed to accelerate the change and optimization of corporate culture.
