The system of CIS is an effective strategy which could benefit for fostering a good and health conpanyimage,planned to show the public the various characteristics of the enterprise itself so that the public has an intuitive and standard impression and understanding to the enterprise.In the middle of the last century large enterprise abroad has begun to pay attention to the CIS system and has achieved great success.Our country started late in this neighborhood.Until the end of the last century or the beginning of this century,some of the native enterprise began to import CIS.We can find that the CIS has indeed improved the level of corporate culture in the native enterprise. However,due to the very short development,the application of CIS still has many problems,which need further research and solution.CIS is a powerful tool and nethod which create a doof image and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The CIS is composed of three parts;Mind Identity,Behavior Identity and Visual Identity.In this paper, company H is choosed as the research object. Atfirst,there is an analyze of the characteristics of company H’s enterprise culture and the existing problems.Then the theoretical basis of the CIS is introduced in detail.Taking this as the breakthrough point, this paper expounds the optimization scheme of enterprise culture construction based on CIS of company H.Finally,the measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme are proposed.It realize the theory with practice and has a realistic significance of promoting the development of enterprise culture construction to the company H.There also has summarizes of the research and some problems and prospects of the CIS.
