Performance management is an important aspect of human resource management and a systematic evaluation project.The effect of performance management directly affects the development and utilization of human resources,and thus affects the overall operation of the organization.Therefore,how to design a set of scientific and efficient performance management system is an important subject which is widely explored by all circles and organizations.Many scholars in education have started to study performance management in recent years,but the main concern is performance appraisal or evaluation.The application of performance management in education is mostly concentrated in colleges and universities,especially in the application of performance assessment methods,but there is no relatively complete management mode in primary and secondary schools.Based on the current situation of J education group,this paper discusses the application of performance management in primary and secondary schools.First in this paper,based on the review of literatures at home and abroad,summarizes the basic theory of performance management and the general model.Secondly,through questionnaire J education group,the current situation of performance management and carried on the detailed analysis of existing problems,and to delve into the cause of the problem.On this basis,based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,combined with J education group performance management present situation and the urgent needs of the faculty and staff,for J education group performance management application of the balanced scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI)to carry on the practice,focus on the research design is suitable for the group's performance management improvement plan,and put forward from the Angle of organization principles and organization structure implementation opinions and the guarantee measures of performance management scheme.In this paper,the J education group performance management scheme design research is helpful to improve the quality of teaching,creating excellent education brand,promoting the comprehensive qualities of teachers,promote the sustainable development of J education group.At the same time,it also provides a valuable reference scheme for performance management in this field.
