In this paper, CT Group is an example of state-owned enterprises by the group forthe current performance management system analysis to identify current problemsrestricting the group performance management, the use of literature analysis, fieldresearch, field communication, to explore improvements performance managementapproach of the group. This Balanced Scorecard strategic performance managementtool based, tried to introduce this excellent management tool CT Group’s performancemanagement, and we hope to solve the performance management problems currentlyfacing the company. Also by exploring the Balanced Scorecard performancemanagement system, the ability to BSC as well as other management tools extendedto other businesses, as they improve the management level, in particular the level ofperformance management, play some reference. Performance indicators in mostcompanies, we generally see these indicators reflect the financial position of theenterprise profits, sales, etc., because the goal is the pursuit of higher corporateprofits. In the short term, focusing on the financial aspects of performance indicatorscan really promote the rapid development of enterprises, but in the long run,corporate sustainability, healthy development, which is unknown to it. This paperintroduces an evaluation index of corporate social responsibility, and its significanceis mainly: First, CT Group is a state-owned enterprise, in practical work alsoundertaken a number of social welfare projects, these projects are not for profit, andthe operation of the when such a project, using traditional appraisal staff of thesegoals is clearly inappropriate to introduce this evaluation indicators favor of suchpersonnel evaluation, to enhance their enthusiasm; followed by the evaluationindicators of social responsibility in favor of corporate culture shaping. Corporateculture is an important factor to support long-term development, but also animportant business strategy can guarantee success. The introduction of socialresponsibility indicators favor the formation of good social image, increase staff commitment and cohesiveness, excellent corporate culture, encouraging them towork better, to achieve ambitious strategic business objectives.By CT Group Balanced Scorecard performance management system design,describes the enterprise must pay attention to performance management, this is thedriving force behind the rapid development of enterprises; in the systemimplementation process, a variety of factors, such as selecting weights, the indexvalue must be use the scientific method, not subjective; performance managementsystem in order to effectively promote corporate strategy, it must have theappropriate effective incentive mechanism with; employees to be familiar with andparticipate in the performance management; performance system and corporateculture to be combined in order to get better results...
