In recent years,dramatic changes in the business environment poses a challenge to the continuous profitability of enterprises,While business model transformation is advantageous to the company in fully developing future value in strategic level,it can strengthen the difficulty in imitating for competitors,to make the enterprise form performance advantages,thus forming the performance advantages,and business model transformation is helpful to adjust the structure of cost and profit,business model transformation becomes a new approach to exploiting opportunities on profit,So discussing the financial crisis by the business model transformation is helpful to find new ways to solve the financial crisis.Based on this research background,the paper takes Li Ning company as a case study,and explores the result of resolving financial crisis by business model transformation,in order to provide some ideas for other enterprises in financial crisis.In this paper,the literature research about the financial crisis at home and abroad are reviewed,the connotation and characteristics of business models is teased,the mechanism of business model transformation is illustrated from three aspects:target customer oriented profit mechanism,the mechanism of financial resources and financial resources to effectively integrate,two-wheel of growing and returns drive to create value mechanism.The paper analyzes the basic situation of Li Ning company,Li Ning company's business structure and profit model,from two aspects of asset allocation and solvency analysis the performance of the financial crisis of Li Ning company,analyzes the cause of Li Ning company's financial crisis,analyzes the Li Ning's business model,analyzes the market reaction on Li Ning's business model transformation from two aspects of commodity market and the stock market.Through financial index analysis,the paper analyzes the financial effects of the Li Ning's business model transformation,founding that the solvency,operation ability,growth ability and profitability of Li Ning company has been much improved through the business model transformation.Based on the analysis of Li Ning,the paper reaches the following conclusions:firstly,brand positioning is the key in the process of management;Secondly,unremitting efforts and effective measures promote the success of Li Ning's business model transformation;Thirdly,the early strategic transformation lays the foundation for the success of Li Ning's business model transformation;Fourthly,business model transformation enhance market position of Li Ning company;Fifthly,Li Ning company improves its financial situation,and goes out of the financial crisis through business model transformation.
