Research On The Relationship Between High-tech Enterprise Collaboration Innovation Network And Innovation Performance Of Zhejiang Province

There are 15,000 high-tech enterprises and 6437 certified high-tech enterprises,with over 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang in 2017.However,Thanks to the restriction of various factors,high and new technology enterprise in the process of development exposed the inadequate research and development,the weakness of technology innovation ability,the shortage of technical innovation talents and the lack of technical information.So it is difficult to independently carry out technological innovation and need to establish multi-dimensional connection with other organizations to form a collaborative innovation network.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,the paper constructs a theoretical model of collaborative innovation network and innovation performance,and puts forward relevant hypotheses.Model not only includes the relationship between different collaborative innovation networks and innovation performance,but also includes the relationship between "firm-governments" with other networks.Through to 126 hightech enterprises analysis samples,the article use confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model hypothesis test and select the swan goose electric as a typical case analysis of the case.Through the empirical analysis,this article mainly draw the conclusions: First,"fir m-firm","firm-research organizations" and "firm – intermediaries" collaborative innova tion network has significantly positive effects on innovation performance,and The form er has the strongest effect."Firm-government" collaborative innovation network effect s on innovation performance failed the inspection;Second,the "firm-government " inno vation network with "firm-firm","firm-research organizations","firm-intermediaries" collaborative innovation network has significant positive influence.Three kinds of colla borative innovation network "mediation" has indirect effect on the innovation performa nce.The results of the case study further verify the conclusion of the empirical study.T he typical cases of Hongyan electric appliance can be summarized as follows: enterprise s actively join partners and form long-term stable collaborative innovation network,brin ging enterprises "1 +1> 2" collaborative innovation effect;In the long run,maintaining a good network relationship with government and intermediaries has a propelling effect on enterprise innovation activities.
