Evaluation Of Tourists' Satisfaction In Public Gardens

With the development of social economy and the improvement of material level,people's pursuit of life is also increasing.Public gardens have become a very important public infrastructure for improving the quality of people's lives in cities.The free opening of public gardens makes more citizens to enjoy the environment and service of the park.In order to improve the city's ecological environment,to provide high-quality leisure facilities to the public.local governments have attached great importance to the construction of public gardens and built a large number of public gardens with unique features.However,in the course of operation,they encountered a series of problems,such as shortage of funds,environmental pressure,high security risks.It have caused a decline in tourists experience.It is hoped that through the study of tourists' satisfaction of public gardens,we can find out the concerns of tourists and the shortcomings of parks,so as to provide some suggestions for the management of public gardens.Through the search for references,this article has thoroughly studied the experiences of park management and park satisfaction research at home and abroad.Based on the theory of public goods,the new public management theory,new public service theory and satisfaction theory,research on tourist satisfaction with the sample of Huaxi park.In this study,a large number of visitors' satisfaction data on Huaxi park were mastered through a field method questionnaire and analyzed using EXCLE and SPSS software.Then,descriptive analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,IPA analysis and one-way ANOVA analysis were used to evaluate the satisfaction of tourists.Through the above analysis,we find out the deficiencies of Huaxi Park in terms of design and construction,facilities and equipment in the park,and management conditions.At the same time,combining the difficulties in the current management process of Huaxi Park,we propose the ways to improve the satisfaction of tourists inparks and gardens: improve the planning level,reduce human intervention;define the goals of the park and locate the service population;increase capital investment upgrade the hardware level;improve various systems and management capabilities;encourage social participation and innovate park service.Finally,from the aspects of increasing environmental management,perfecting infrastructure configuration and improving service management capability,this paper puts forward detailed countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the satisfaction of tourists in Huaxi park.
