The Study On Development Of Rural Tourism In Zhishan Town

As a kind of tourism activity,rural tourism has started early in foreign countries and its development level has been relatively mature.After the reform and opening up,our country's economy has developed rapidly,the national's spiritual and cultural needs have also been increasing,and rural tourism has also been developing vigorously.In recent years,Rural tourism development is everywhere.Zhishan Town is a town with rich rural tourism resources but it is also underdeveloped.Under the tide of rural tourism development,taking the Zhishan township as the main target for rural tourism development research,it can provide a new growth point for the rural economic development in the town of Zhishan,And it can not only optimize the agricultural industry,but also provide the necessary theoretical basis for the development of the rural tourism in the Zhishan Town.It is of great practical significance.This study takes the development of rural tourism in the Zhishan Town as a research topic,and proceeds from the research background,research purpose,research significance,research content,and other aspects of rural tourism development in the town of Zhishan,the research ideas for the development of rural tourism in Zhishan Town were analyzed by reviewing the relevant documents of Heshan City and Zhishan Town,and using comparative methods,comprehensive analysis,and field research methods;combine domestic and foreign concepts,characteristics,supply and demand analysis and development model research,as well as the concepts and levels,meanings and impacts on community participation in tourism development Factor analysis,based on the global tourism theory,stakeholder theory,"point-axis" system theory,and product differentiation theory,the geographic location,traffic location,economic location,market location,natural and historical and cultural environment of the site mountain town,development opportunities,and challenges faced.Secondly,through field research,we will sort out the current situation of the development of rural tourism in Zhishan Town,and explore the existing problems in the development process.In addition,this study also carried out classification analysis based on “Tourism Resources Classification,Survey and Evaluation”(GB/T18972-2003),and gave appropriate quantitative and qualitative analysis,combined with development ideas to image the rural tourism development in the town of Zhishan.The concept,space and strategic positioning,and the development of a destination for the development of rural tourism in Zhishan town.The product development and design of ecotourism ruraltourism products,health resort rural tourism products,humanities rural tourism products,and festival rural tourism products will be carried out on the rural tourism resources in the town.In addition,in view of the problems existing in the previous rural tourism development in Zhishan Town,this study started from the aspect of reception capacity,and provided feasible solutions for accommodation,catering and transportation;improvements,institutional guarantees,and increased introduction and training of tourism professionals are proposed in several aspects;and promotion of diversified and multi-channel propaganda strategies to expand publicity for the development of rural tourism in the town of Zhishan Township is being promoted.The development of rural tourism in Zhishan Town should not only rely on rich and diverse tourism resources,take the path of brand features,take the differentiated and diversified development path of tourism products,pay equal attention to development and protection,but also protect rural ecological resources,and insist on Sustainable development strategy.This study proposes the use of classification and comprehensive protection measures for different types of tourism resources to protect the rural tourism resources in the town of Zhishan,which is of great importance in promoting the development of rural tourism in the site town.At the same time,it also hopes to push the development of rural tourism in the town of Zhishan into a new phase.
