Study On Conservation And Heritage Of Boyan Town Based On The Concept Of Tourism Development

In recent years, people are more and more fond of traveling. At present, our country has already become the fourth leading tourist destination in the world. With the improvement of people's living standard, while service packages are diversified day by day, people have more and more enthusiasm to historic towns. Because of tourism development, on one hand, visitors can appreciate the rich and unique style and features of the ancient towns'history and culture, the social value of national treasures can be reflected, thus these cultural features can be better protected and preserved. On the other hand, tourism development can create economic value for the town to promote local economic development, and at the same time the economic benefits for the town provide the financial security for the towns'maintenance. More importantly, tourism development injects the new vitality into historic towns, and helps them out of the plight due to the function loss. This is the rational use of historical and cultural heritage and kind of protection in the course of use.In this paper, firstly, by analyzing the success stories of protection and regeneration of the domestic and international similar ancient towns, the author aims to compare and analyze Boyan Town's protection and inheritance model based on the concept of tourism development; secondly, through the analysis of the profile, the overall layout, monomer and landscape features of Boyan Town, the author points out the existing problems of the tourism development on ancient towns; Thirdly, the classification and evaluation system of tourist resources are discussed, The tourism resources evaluation model of Boyan town is established, the feasibility of tourism development is analyzed scientifically; at last, in the paper, an empirical study on protection and inheritance based on the concept of tourism development is discoursed, the solutions to the protection and inheritance of Boyan Town based on the concept of tourism development are posed, the planning on Boyan Town's tourism development is designed, and meanwhile some new protective measures for the tourism development of the town are suggested.
