Hydro power is the largest clean,low-carbon,renewable energy source with integrated functions such as power generation,flood control,water supply,shipping,and irrigation.It has significant economic,social,and ecological benefits,and it has unparalleled advantages in other forms of energy.China is the country with the largest installed capacity,development prospects,and development difficulties in the world.The green and efficient development of hydro power has a major bearing on national security and green development.However,the traditional Chinese hydro power enterprise system is rigid and inefficient,and there is a certain gap with foreign advanced energy companies.At present,the theoretical and strategic studies related to the construction of smart companies and smart companies in China's hydro power companies are still relatively weak.How to build smart companies with strong corporate power in traditional enterprises,improve the management level of enterprises,and adopt internal changes For enterprises to grow and expand,it is a major research topic placed in front of hydro power strategic management workers.This article takes the Daduhe smart hydro power Generation Company strategic research as a target,takes the Daduhe company's smart enterprise construction as an entry point,fully researches relevant domestic and foreign relevant data,analyzes the current status of smart enterprise construction at home and abroad,and studies intelligent hydraulic power.The strategic theory of power generation companies analyzes the patterns of traditional hydro power companies and attempts to study the traditional hydro power enterprises in China from the perspective of the life cycle of the power companies,combining the industrial environment and the current status of the enterprises,and analyze the status quo of the development of enterprises.The construction needs the strategic theory and the problems faced by the company's development.The PESTEL analysis method and the SWOT analysis method are used for analysis to systematically analyze the problems,opportunities,and challenges that arise in the process of smart building of the company.Based on the SMART model,a quantitative index evaluation system was proposed for the construction of Daduhe Smart hydro power Generation Company,and then quantitative evaluation was conducted using the AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which provided a method for smart companies to formulate strategies,dynamically adjust strategies,and optimize corporate management.For the next step,the electric power industry will fully promote the construction of smart thermal power and smart wind power,and it will also provide exploration for deepening the reform of the energy industry and building an intelligent enterprise in an all-round way.The article has certain novelty in the following two aspects of research:The first is the theoretical research and current situation analysis of the construction of smart companies for hydroelectric power generation companies,the intelligent construction of traditional hydroelectric power enterprises,and the strategically conducted researches,which are smart companies such as smart thermal power,smart wind power,etc.The construction laid a theoretical foundation.The second is based on the smart city SMART evaluation model,established the OMART evaluation model for smart enterprise strategic evaluation,and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to scientifically determine the weight of each index in the index system and use AHP-Fuzzy blur on this basis.The comprehensive evaluation method quantifies the evaluation indicators of the strategic OMART evaluation system for smart companies and lays a foundation for the development of the Dadu River intelligent enterprise in the next stage,which is of great significance.
