| As the basic unit of Chinese national economy,county area is also the basis of the regional economy such as the structural economic zone and the regional economy.The county economy has independent relativity and completeness,so it can better reflect the characteristics of regional economic development in the province.Analyzing the level of regional economic development from the county scale can help us to obtain more elaborate results,and provide theoretical support for the planning of local government departments and the rational formulation of policies.Although the overall economic strength of Shaanxi Province has been continuously improved in recent years,due to the large differences in the distribution of resources,population conditions,and social development among counties,the development between counties has become unbalanced,and the differences in economic development have become increasingly prominent.Studying the level of county economic development in Shaanxi Province and quantitatively analyzing the factors influencing the difference in the level of Shaanxi's county economic development are of great significance in promoting the steady and coordinated development of county economy in Shaanxi Province.At present,there are quite a few researches on county differences and their influencing factors.However,most of them neglect the mutual influence of factors.At the same time,there is less use of spatial econometric methods to study the interactions between influence factors.From this perspective,this article is based on GIS and uses the economic development data of Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2015,combined with data information such as elevation,slope,road,and railway,using GIS spatial analysis and spatial econometric methods to study the spatial differences and spatial-temporal pattern evolution of county level economic development in Shaanxi Province.In this paper,we also use the Geodetector model to quantify the influencing factors that lead to spatial differences.Through interactive exploration,we explore the interaction of various factors in the level of economic development.Results showed:(1)The level of county economic development in Shaanxi Province has obvious spatial characteristics,and there are obvious agglomeration phenomena in the county with similar levels.The overall Moran's I values of GDP per capita in each county from 2009 to 2015 are positive,indicating that there is a positive correlation between the spatial distribution of county economic development in Shaanxi Province from 2009 to 2015.The spatial differences in the level of county economic development in Shaanxi Province are obvious.The northern Shaanxi,especially Shenmu County,Fugu County,etc.,has always been at the forefront of county level economic development in Shaanxi Province.However,the southern Shaanxi Province represented by Shiquan County and Ziyang County and the PuchengCounty and Huayin City in Guanzhong Region are economically underdeveloped regions,and the status has not changed with the passage of years.(2)The influence factors such as the local fiscal revenue,the ratio of the number of employees in the legal entity,and the urbanization rate of the population have a significant influence on the level of economic development in Shaanxi Province.Sort the results: Local fiscal revenue(0.4858)> Number of employees in legal entities(0.4539)> Population urbanization rate(0.2701)> Population density(0.1790)> Height(0.1419)> Road density(0.1231)> Slope(0.1191)> Railway network density(0.0704).(3)There are interaction effects between various influencing factors,and their interaction items have a significant impact on the level of economic development.Through the interaction detection analysis,it is concluded that the interaction between the gradient and population urbanization rate has the strongest influence on the level of economic development.The mutual influence of the population density with the population urbanization rate,local fiscal revenue,and the number of employees in legal entities are mutually reinforcing.The mutual influence of the urbanization rate of the population and the proportion of the employees of the legal person unit has shown mutual reinforcement.And the mutual influence of local fiscal revenue and the proportion of employees in legal entities has been mutually reinforcing.The effects of interactions between elevation,slope,road density,railroad network density and other factors on the level of economic development all show a nonlinear enhancement.Through the above studies,it can be seen that the greatest impact on the level of economic development in Shaanxi is the local fiscal revenue,the proportion of legal person employees and the urbanization rate of the population.Their individual effects or interactions reflect the importance of a series of specific issues such as financial support,employment security,and urbanization to the development of the county economy.Therefore,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of county economy in Shaanxi Province: Increase government intervention in economic development,infrastructure construction,investment attraction,etc.,in order to better play the role of macro-control;Emphasis on employment issues,promote the flow of labor to corporate units,increase employment opportunities,and improve the working environment;Improve the quality of urbanization,strengthen the overall development of urban and rural areas,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,and further narrow the economic gap between counties in Shaanxi Province. |
