With the development of economic globalization and the deepening of China's market economic system reform,China's protection of state-owned enterprises has continued to weaken,and the degree of marketization has continuously improved.The dual competition pressures of domestic and foreign companies are increasingly fierce.State-owned enterprises urgently need to upgrade their core competitiveness.Many state-owned enterprises now regard group management as an effective modern enterprise management method,and regard performance management as an important tool for the Group to control and control subsidiaries,and strive to strengthen them through scientific and effective performance management systems.The Group's management of its subsidiaries will enhance the competitiveness of state-owned enterprises and achieve the company's strategic goals.This article takes the example of a transportation investment group implementing performance management to its subsidiary which named bridge branch company.This article analyzes the current status of its performance management system,and find some problems existing in the group's performance management of the bridge branch company,for example the effect of performance management being not well,making light of process guidance,performance evaluation indicators and standards being irrational,and lack of positive incentive for performance evaluation results.Through analyzing the actual situation of the performance management,we find some main reasons,for example there not being enough awareness of performance management,lack of process guidance,performance evaluation indicators and standard design being unreasonable,and a single application of performance evaluation results.Based on these reasons,the article proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance management:raise awareness of performance management,pay attention to process guidance in the process of performance management,improve performance evaluation indicators and standards,and enrich and improve the application of performance assessment results.By this way,we hope that we can provide a certain reference value to the improvement of the group's performance management system.
