In the fierce market competition,talent competition has become the focus.Along with the penetration of the professional manager system,the enterprise airborne executives have become an inevitable choice.In recent years,many private enterprises have begun to introduce airborne executives.However,during actual operations,a handful of airborne executives successfully landed in business management and brought new developments to the company.The vast majority of airborne executives were dissatisfied with the environment.The death was forced to leave.How to allow private-enterprise airborne executives to land safely in an enterprise,quickly adapt to the corporate environment,and take root to bring greater development to the company.This thesis has studied the theory of hierarchy of demand,power balance theory,two-factor theory,and triangle theorem of rights and rights through literature research.Through questionnaires,the paper systematically studied the theory and practice.Through the production of the "Questionnaire on the Duty Performance of Private Airborne Senior Airborne Executives in the Enterprise",20 private enterprises with existing or existing airborne executives were selected as the survey targets,and the overall performance of the airborne executives was high.Various dimensions such as the position of the manager,the owner of the private enterprise,the perspective of the internal management of the enterprise,and the perspective of the airline executives themselves were investigated to analyze the status quo of the duties of the airborne executives of private enterprises.Based on the analysis of the status quo,a strategy for the soft landing of airborne executives of civilian-run enterprises is proposed:First,for the non-commensurate rights and interests of non-commercial airline executives,the"three-in-one" responsibility system is used to strengthen management and management of private enterprises.Positioning the landing site of airborne executives,strengthening the scope of power for construction and responsibility equivalence,and optimizing the environment for the interests of airborne executives suitable for private enterprises.Second,in the management of airborne executives of private enterprises,problem-oriented scientific selection of airborne executives,bold decentralization of financial power,and construction of a scientific material control and restraint mechanism.Third,to fully apply the balance of power theory,two-factor theory,and the three levels of demand theory with the company's elderly,"little people" and "capable people" and three others,to handle good interpersonal relationships,and to develop the enthusiasm of each group of people.Through the above strategies,it is ensured that the civilian-run enterprises airborne executives can make a soft landing and create more value for the company.
