The basic characteristic of a modern enterprise is separation of the ownership and management resulting in the principal - agent relationship between the owners a.k.a. shareholders and managers a.k.a. senior managers. In order to solve the principal - agent relationship between the executives, business owners often research those problems by the aspect of incentives in pay system. The enterprises and theoretic circles usually integrate long-term incentive pay with short-term incentive pay to solve the issues of the operator's long-term incentives and of short-term incentives. In China, private enterprises have completed the initial accumulation of capital for more than 20 years. It is the most important problem which should be solved first to manage and absorb private enterprises, facing the greater development of enterprises. Senior executives own senior human capital and their remuneration is a kind of recognition to human capital in the certain enterprises. In the face of the two-way selection for business and executives, the business executives select their own level of remuneration in accordance with their own ability and the situation of remuneration in the enterprise to serve them. The inducements of this paper are how to coordinate the relationship of human capital and remuneration levels, how to change from passive to implement incentives to executives, and how to attract and retain qualified personnel, and encourage executives serving business to the maximum.In recent years, researches on business performance, senior management and executive remuneration are all from the aspects of the business performance and executive education, executive education and executive remuneration, corporate performance and executive remuneration. Therefore there are two following problem created. First, it is hard to get consensus the scholars at home and abroad for in choosing the indicators of business performance for business performance. Second, business performance, executives'educational qualifications and remuneration are three crucial factors aiming to solve the principal - agent relationship.Based on the above passages, this article will study the following aspects: Firstly, from the definition of private enterprise, the various areas of this article explain the various theories to sort out and summarize the analysis of this paper.Secondly, from the establishment of business performance indicators system, research in this paper, different from the past, because of lacking uniform evaluation system in operating performance, the researchers generally use ROA, ROE, EPS, etc. to explain the operating performance of companies, which is difficult to expose the true level of performance of corporate executives, provides a reasonable basis. Thirdly, from the overall analysis for the private listing enterprises, this paper analyzes various aspects of the private listing enterprises and grasp the overall features of he private listing enterprises so as to prepare for regression analysis.Fourthly, from the analysis of the qualifications, remuneration and performance, the use of regression analysis method in this paper is to study the executives'qualifications in private listing enterprise, and to study the degree of influence of business performance.Fifthly, from the conclusion of this paper, the final solution is to be proposed.
