With the acceleration of the pace of institutional reform in China,the telecommunications industry has broken the original monopoly operations,and opening up competitive businesses has become an inevitable trend in the industry development.Then,with the rapid development of the market economy,the people's demand and standards for telecommunication services are gradually increasing.As a result,the telecommunications industry faces many challenges,especially in the context of competitive business opening,how the telecommunications industry maintains core competitiveness in the fierce market competition,opening up new markets and expanding market share are the issues that telecommunication companies urgently need to face and solve in the current wave of China's institutional reform.In addition,the technological innovation in the telecommunications industry has gradually matured,but the service innovation form has still been greatly limited.The research theories about it have not been completely systematic.Especially for two aspects,which are driving factors of service innovation and the impact to service innovation brought by driving factors,the research conducted is still relatively small.Therefore,under the background of competitive business liberalization in the telecommunications industry,innovative research based on the driving forces of service innovation,optimizing and upgrading of the service innovation form in the telecommunications industry have gradually turned into a key of gaining market advantages and profit growth for the telecommunications industry.This paper first takes the latest theoretical research results of service innovation as a starting point,combines the specific characteristics of the telecommunications industry,and elaborates the necessity and connotation of service innovation in the telecommunications industry.Secondly,this article is guided by the theory of innovation driven model oftraditional service industry,further analyzes the internal factors of service innovation in the telecommunications industry,and constructs a driving model with the characteristics of the telecommunications industry.Thirdly,this article analyzes the basic dimensions of service innovation in the telecommunications industry and builds a new model for the impact of innovation activities on each dimension.Fourthly,based on the research methods of the questionnaire,the core personnel of the telecommunication enterprises were investigated and the results of the feedback were analyzed in depth.The dimensions and motivation of the service innovation were divided into categories and regression analysis was used to analyze various factors.The overall impact of service innovation in the telecommunications industry,in this process,to further identify and analyze the core factors.The research results prove that strategic management factors and corporate organizational factors have a decisive influence on service innovation in the telecommunications industry.At the end of this paper,on the basis of the above research results,it provides operational suggestions for further improving the service innovation level of the telecommunications service industry.
