Research And Optimization Of Commercial Bank Performance Appraisal System Based On The Main-base Binary Method

In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of the global integration trend,financial reform keeping developing in depth,increased competition and stricter supervision,the focus of competition between commercial banks has shifted from the profit competition to human resources management,enterprise operation and comprehensive confrontation of core competitiveness.Along with the accelerate loss of talent,the performance appraisal system is pushed to be optimized and relative researches are going deeper,especially when the state-owned commercial banks have been listed into the market one after another.How to optimize the performance appraisal system of commercial banks has a direct impact on their own development.Through the study on the optimization of the binary performance evaluation method based on main and basic index(as “the main-base binary method”),this paper integrates this method into the performance appraisal system of the commercial bank.Taking the Shaanxi branch of A bank as the research object,the author discusses the optimization plan of the performance evaluation system in enterprise aspect and explores the optimization study.In the aspect of theories,according to the domestic and foreign literature researches,this paper sums up performance appraisals,performance appraisal index systems,assessment methods and commercial bank performance appraisal research results.In the aspect of application,firstly the Shaanxi branch of A bank is selected as the research object,this paper comprehensively introduces the objective background including the company structure and the current performance evaluation system.Secondly relying on the questionnaire,interviews and on-spot researches,the author analyzes the problem existing in the performance evaluation system of the Shaanxi branch of A bank and its reason.Then with the help of the main-base binary method,this paper expands the study on the model construction of this method,the index system and the weight determination.By which,the author begins the preliminary empirical study and proposes the company's performance evaluation system optimization plan of the main-base binary method.After that,from the empirical research and combined with the author's years of working experience,the expected effect of the optimization program is predicted.And from the perspective of organizational safeguard,the security measures of the optimization scheme are put forward.With the performance evaluation researches as theoretic support,the analysis of problems and current status in the Shaanxi branch of A bank as base,this article using the main-base binary method discusses the optimization plan.The author preliminarily establishes the company's performance evaluation system and come up with the security measure in case of the optimization plan.
