Research On The Improvement Of Leisure Satisfaction In Yancheng City Park

With the rapid development of ecological civilization construction,the construction of urban public green space-urban parks has been emphasized throughout the country.Urban park is not only a carrier of urban image,but also a recreational space shared by city dwellers and tourists.High quality urban parks are the embodiment of a city's charm and cultural temperament,reflecting the pursuit of local people's taste in life.With the development of leisure tourism,especially in the relatively short time of the weekend,people tend to choose leisure destinations closer to their residence,which makes urban parks become the preferred tourist destinations for some people.Therefore,it is imperative to speed up the construction of urban parks and continuously improve the satisfaction of residents and tourists to their service quality.At present,there are 40 Urban Parks in Yancheng,including 16 urban comprehensive parks,17 special parks,7 banded parks,and some other types of parks.As a whole,Yancheng urban parks have the characteristics of regional distribution to the southeast of the city,the construction of urban ecological civilization,and the development model of "planning first".In order to explore the satisfaction of the leisure service quality of Yancheng City Park,this paper selects 3 urban parks,which are the most representative,high known,large and well planned and designed in Yancheng people's Park,salt malfeasance Park and Longhu park.First,the "Yancheng City Park leisure satisfaction" evaluation index system is constructed.The system mainly includes 7 evaluation dimensions of recreation facilities,infrastructure,ecological environment,leisure environment,commercial atmosphere,park attraction and service quality.Each dimension consists of 4-7 evaluation factors,that is,the total target is divided into 31 comments.Secondly,we collect data through field interview and questionnaire survey,and use SPSS21.0 and EXCEL software to analyze the basic information,descriptive statistics,reliability analysis,correlation analysis and IPA analysis of 284 valid survey samples.The final results are as follows:(1)Residents,urban areas and other residents in other counties in the city believe that the main function of the park is leisure and entertainment,while foreign tourists think the main function of the park is to become a landmark in the city and enhance the image of the city;People under the age of 50 choose to go to the park after work or after school and weekends.People over the age of 51 choose to go to the park in the morning exercise time;The main leisure motives for going to the park are walking,morning exercises,running,square dancing,etc.;Parks should increase the number of leisure sports facilities such as toilets,rest kiosks,tennis courts,basketball courts and ping pong courts.(2)The overall satisfaction has a significant positive correlation with the park's amusement facilities,infrastructure,ecological environment,leisure environment,business atmosphere,park attraction and service quality.The more satisfactory the park is,the higher the overall satisfaction of the park is.Among them,the attraction dimension of park has a greater impact on the overall satisfaction of the park,mainly in the ornamental aspect of plant flowers.(3)IPA analysis shows that the types and features of tourism commodities,the number and position of the public toilet,the air quality,health status,water quality,service attitude and politeness,service knowledge and skills,and so on,need to be improved.(4)The Countermeasures for improving the leisure satisfaction of Yancheng urban parks including that improving park infrastructure and improving public service level;optimizing park sports facilities,enhance Park Fitness atmosphere;reasonable designing of plant flowers,add park tourism interest;increasing the types of tourist commodities and creating a business atmosphere for parks;improving the ecological environment of the park and strengthening the ecological protection function;improving service attitude and improving service skills.
