The Study On The Scale And Preference Of Venture Capital In China

Since the Central Economic Work Conference in 2015 proposed that the promotion of popular entrepreneurship,the process of innovation,and the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,venture capital investment related to innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually entered the public view.Venture capital investment in China has experienced 20 years of development,ups and downs,into a new era of economic development,China Venture Capital Ventures usher in new opportunities and challenges.Based on the new environment that venture capital investment faces,it is the trend of the times to study the relevant contents of venture capital investment.The scale and preference of venture capital investment is one of the most important parts,so as to make a research on the influencing factors of the scale and preference of venture capital investment,make theoretical suggestions for the development of venture capital investment in the region,and provide solutions to the financing difficulties of venture capital enterprises.This article aims at the influential factors of the scale of venture capital investment,and puts forward some assumptions,including the economic development,financial development,investment in science and technology,science and technology development,education level,selecting from the survey data of "Venture Capital Investment Development Report" published from 2007 to 2017 and the macroscopic statistical data model of each province(municipality).This paper conducts an empirical analysis of the development of venture capital investment and several factors.The results show that venture capital investment development isnegatively correlated with economic development and education levels,positively correlated with financial development,investment in science and technology,and technological development.In this paper,according to the influencing factors of venture capital preference,we choose the data to show the top five factors,which can provide direction for enterprises to attract venture capital investment such as market prospect,technical factors,management team,financial status and profit model,to support venture capital enterprises to make a benign choice.The first chapter elaborates the background,significance,research ideas and literature review of the problem research.The second chapter is a description of the status quo of venture capital investment.The third chapter uses empirical research methods to explore the scale of venture capital investment.The fourth chapter analyzes the influencing factors of venture capital investment preference.The fifth chapter puts forward feasible suggestions to the government from the macroscopic level,the entrepreneurship attracting venture capital investment from the micros level according to the third chapter and the fourth chapter in attracting venture capital investment,and puts forward the outlook for the entire industry.
