2020 is the decisive year for China to build an innovative country.As an important part of building an innovative country,regional innovation is important for leading innovation and achieving local coordinated development.The dissertation uses 2008-2017 panel data of 30 provinces and cities(excluding Tibet and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),and adopt entropy weight method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation indexes of venture capital concentration,technology factor flow and regional innovation ability of each province and city,then measure the coupling and coordination level of the three.The spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of regional venture capital concentration,technology factor flow and regional innovation ability are analyzed by combining the nuclear density estimation method.Next,the dissertation uses the spatial econometric model and panel threshold model to explore the spatial effects of venture capital concentration,technology flow and regional innovation capability.The results show that:in the measurement of venture capital concentration,technology factor flow and regional innovation ability,the eastern region has the highest score,followed by the central region,and the western region is the last;the coupling coordination degree of the three regions is increasing year by year,but the overall coupling italics development is still at a low level,meanwhile there is polarization;The agglomeration of venture capital,the flow of technological elements and the regional innovation ability promote each other;the agglomeration of venture capital and the flow of technological elements have a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the regional innovation ability;the flow of technological elements has a significant double threshold effect on the regional innovation ability,which is manifested as "S" type nonlinear effect.When the concentration of venture capital does not cross the low threshold value,the flow of technological elements has little effect on the promotion of regional innovation ability;when the concentration of venture capital crosses the low threshold value,the flow of technological elements has more effect on the promotion of regional innovation ability;when the concentration level of venture capital further improves and crosses the high threshold value,the flow of technological elements has a diminishing marginal effect on regional innovation ability.Under the constraint of venture capital concentration,there is spatial heterogeneity in the influence of technology flow in different regions on regional innovation capability.The concentration level of venture capital in the eastern region is high.When the concentration of venture capital does not cross the low threshold value,the effect of technological factor flow on regional innovation ability is not significant.But when the concentration of venture capital crosses the low threshold value,the technological factor flow can promote regional innovation ability.And as the concentration of venture capital crosses the critical value,the marginal effect begins to decline.The central region has a positive linear impact,while the western region has a low concentration of venture capital,showing a "J" type impacts.Finally,according to the conclusion of the dissertation,some suggestions are put forward.
