China's Risk Investment Support Factor Research Regional Cluster Effect And Its Environment

The national science and technology department of China proposes that our country will initially set up the national innovation system, focused efforts to cultivate and develop strategic new industry. On one hand, strategic emerging industry is the deep integration of technology and industry. We need to put more technology achievements into industry development.On the other hand,the industry has the characte ristics of high risk,high return,urgently need venture capital’s support.Against such a ba ckground,venture capital becomes a hot topic,and its regional cluster characteristic is al so a meaningful and rewording research.With the theory of Finance, Regional Economy, Industry Economy and so on, this paper does a deep research of regional cluster and its factors of venture capital by using qualitative and quantitative ways.The paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapters, the background of this research, primary content and status in quo are introduced. The second chapters, briefs the regional cluster development of venture capital industry in America, Europe and China,and differences among these countries can been pointed out. The t hird chapter analyzes the reasons of venture capital’s regional cluster and environment s upport factors. The forth chapter(empirical chapter) can be divided into3steps:firstly, classify provinces into two sorts by using hierarchical clustering methods,according to their development levels of venture capital;Then,define two index es of venture capital’s regional development;researches the supporting environment of VC regional cluster of five provinces(municipalities)-Guangdong,Shanghai,Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, which has the notable cluster phenomenon. With the construction of the index system and the factor analysis,the paper constructs the synthet ic analysis models. Then through the comparative analysis with the model, we can know that the advantage and weakness of this five areas,Finally, we put forward so me recommendations to boost our country’s venture capital based on the academic anal ysis and positive results.
