In recent years,the real estate industry has gradually become the representative of the national economy.The real estate price drives a series of economic activities and promotes the rapid and stable development of China's economy.According to the feedback from the relevant statistics departments,the real estate industry not only can pull the GDP growth directly by more than one percentage point each year but also can pull the GDP growth indirectly by more than one percentage point.The taxation of the real estate industry is also an important part of the national taxation,the development of taxation activities in the real estate industry is related to the healthy and orderly development of national taxation work.It is necessary to manage the tax risk of the real estate industry and real estate companies.In China,small and medium-sized real estate companies account for more than 90% of real estate companies.Because of their small-scale assets,low quality of personnel,and weak management capabilities,they face more problems and challenges in their operations and management.Especially when dealing with tax-related issues,The lack of experience and management makes a great probability of tax risk,the tax burden is relatively heavy.Therefore,it is imperative to conduct research on the tax related risks of SMEs and improve their tax risk management so as to promote the healthy and stable development of small and medium-sized real estate companies.In order to sort out the current research status of tax risk management at home and abroad,under the background of the comprehensive deepening of the national economic system,while focusing on the changes in taxation policy of the real estate industry,combined with the actual taxation status of domestic real estate companies,this paper takes ZY real estate as an example,to analyze the possible risks of real estate companies' taxation as well as the causes of risks from taxes and taxation implementation methods.In conjunction with the laws and regulations on tax risk management issued by the state,develop a scientific theory and solution for the reasons.On the basis of understanding the relevant tax laws,this paper conducts a comprehensive research on the current state of tax risk management of real estate companies.Starting from the actual situation,a set of tax risk management methods for real estate companies adapted to the country's reforms is proposed,and the development of tax risk management for real estate companies is forecasted.First of all,this paper introduces the background,objective and significance of the research on the tax risk management of real estate companies,and also introduces the development history and current situation of companies' tax risk management at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper expounds the theory of tax risks,the definition and characteristics of tax risk of tax risk management.It focuses on the causes of tax risks and the general strategies.Third,this paper takes ZY real estate company's taxation as an example,analyzes the tax risk status of ZY real estate and the causes of tax risks in detail,and solutions are given for the reasons.Finally,this paper discusses and prospects the implementation of the corresponding security system for the tax risk management strategies of real estate companies.
