There is urgent need to scientific methods to real estate investment risks in the process of analysis and forecasts, to improve Chinese real estate development enterprise risk management capability.The thesis first has made the summary to the real estate investment risk management theory, has analyzed real estate industry present situation of china,and Chinese Real estate Enterprise risk management existence main question and reason.
