In recent years,in order to realize the vision of eliminating absolute poverty and building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,our country has introduced a number of benefiting agricultural policies in order to help the precise poverty alleviation policy of financial services to agriculture, farmers and rural areas. On the basis of adhering to the principle of market, financial inclusion plays a significant role in alleviating rural poverty and realizing inclusive growth of regional economy. Therefore, identifying the dimensions of inclusive financial development and exploring the mechanism and effect of rural poverty reduction in all dimensions of financial inclusion is of great practical significance. In this context, this paper focuses on the poverty reduction effect of financial inclusion in the three dimensions of space, threshold and channel,in order to provide reference for the government's financial development policy for poverty alleviation. On the basis of the theory of inclusive financial development, poverty theory and the theory of the relationship between financial development and poverty alleviation, this paper firstly summarizes the causes of the formation of poverty in China and measures the level of rural poverty in various regions.Secondly,it combs the process and characteristics of the development of rural financial inclusion in our country.Thirdly, the overall evaluation index of financial development level evaluates the level of inclusive financial development in various regions of China. Finally,it identifies the path and dimension of rural inclusive financial poverty reduction, and lays a theoretical foundation for the empirical research. In the empirical study, this paper uses the interprovincial data from 2007 to 2016,selects the relevant control variables, and constructs spatial durbin model and panel threshold model to analyze the spatial spillover effect and threshold effect of inclusive financial development on rural poverty alleviation. After evaluating the overall poverty reduction effect of financial inclusion,it reconstructs the evaluation index of the two development channels of financial inclusion: availability and use,and again measures the spatial spillover effect and threshold effect on rural poverty alleviation. Finally,a comprehensive analysis is made to make some suggestions. The results show that the situation of rural poverty and the overall development of financial inclusion have improved well in the past ten years. The spatial correlation analysis shows that there is a clear spatial correlation between the rural poverty and the inclusive financial development across regions. Then, the spatial spillover effect and the threshold effect of financial inclusion have been verified. There is a similar rural poverty reduction effect between the availability channel and the inclusive financial index, that is,the spatial spillover effect and the threshold effect exist at the same time. There is a spatial spillover effect in the use channel, but there is no threshold effect. Finally, based on the conclusion of the empirical study of the significance and coefficient, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development direction of China's rural financial inclusion in the three dimensions inthe future. It is believed that on the basis of the development of regional economy and overall consideration,it should be emphasized to increase investment in human and material resources for the availability of financial inclusion in the rural poor areas.Meanwhile,we should improve the quality of financial services in the surrounding areas,so as to help rural poverty alleviation work to be carried out smoothly and effectively.
