As an important module in the management of colleges and universities-Logistics property management is one of the basic guarantees to ensure the daily scientific research and teaching work in colleges and universities.Similarly,the logistics property management of private colleges and universities also provides indispensable services and guarantees for personnel training,such as: ensuring equipment and equipment,maintaining the campus environment,serving and educating people,creating a suitable environment,and maintaining a normal order.With the gradual divestment of university property management,the university logistics management has become more professional and standardized.As a result,the property management of many private colleges and universities has further explored and tried to make some improvements in the mode of operation according to their own characteristics and realities,so as to meet the demand for logistics property management.However,logistic property management still has many problems such as unscientific model design and ineffective cost control.It has become a universal problem that urgently needs to be solved in the management of logistic properties in private colleges and universities.This article takes HD College as the research object,analyzes its logistic property management mode,studies its existing problems,proposes the logistic property management mode suitable for the school,and proposes the future development direction of logistic property management according to the characteristics of the school. |
