In the era of information and knowledge economy,the social competition is becoming more and more intense.Enterprises must devote themselves to strengthening their competitiveness in order to stand out in the social competition.Therefore,enterprises want to gain an advantage in the competition,how to stimulate the initative of employees to become the focus of attention.There are two maintypes of active work behavior in the current theoretical research:one is to study the influencing factors and rules of some parts of active work behavior,such as innovation behavior and suggestion behavior.The other is to study the impact of different leadership types on proactive work behavior.Therefore,this paper takes the fit of personal-organizational value fit as strsting point to explore its impact on employee’s proactive work behavior.Are there difference impact paths between them?Can it affect the employee’s emtion,cognition,attitude,and then affect the active work behavior?Does it make a difference?To solve these problems,based on the literature research method,this paper takes the social cognition theory as the theory,combines the value matching theory?takes the personal-organizational value fit as the independent variable,the psychological ownership and promote work regulatory focus as the intermediary variable,the leadership empowerment behavior as a moderator variable,and the proactive work behavior as a dependent variable,construct a conceptual model.SPSS19.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software as a research tool,using the questionnaire survey method based on the Questionnaire Star Platform for datd collection and empirical research.It reveals the influence mechanism of personal-organizational value fit on employee’s proactive work behavior.The coclusions are as follows:The personal-organizational value fit has significant postive influence on employee’s proactive work behavior,and psychological ownership mediates the relationship between the personal-organizational value fit and employee’s proactive work behavior,the mediating of the promote work regulatory focus lies in the relationship between the personal-organizational value fit and employee’s proactive work behavior,psychological ownership and promote work regulatory focus on the link between personal-organizational value fit and employee’s proactive work behavior,leadership empowerment behavior plays a positive and mediating role between promote work regulatory focus and employee’s proactive work behavior.This paper can provide theoretical support for stimulating employee’s proactive work behavior,help managers understand the inherent mechanism of employee’s proactive work behavior,anad enable managers to select and train employees,select employees who are consistent with the organization value to motive employees initative and create value for the enterprise.
