Research On The Development Of Aging Industry In Guangxi Under The Background Of Population Aging

In recent years,the population aging has developed rapidly.Guangxi is one of the first provinces to enter an aging society in our country.Since 1996,the degree of aging has been deepening.Market demand stimulates the emergence and development of emerging industries.With the expansion of the population of the elderly in Guangxi,the consumption demand of the elderly population is also growing.This stimulates the development of the aging industry in Guangxi.However,as the old revolutionary base areas,ethnic minority areas and frontier areas,Guangxi has relatively backward economic and social development.With the renewal of the concept of consumption by the elderly,it is difficult for existing old-age care services to meet the consumption needs of the elderly population.Therefore,how to develop Guangxi's old age scientifically and reasonably Industry is crucial.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,supply and demand equilibrium theory,human capital theory and Schumpeterian innovation theory,the article studies the development of the aging industry in Guangxi against the background of aging population by using the methods of literature analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First of all,it defines the concept of population aging and analyzes its impact on the aging industry.It also expounds the concept and characteristics of the aging industry and the structure of the aging industry.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo of population aging in Guangxi,predicts the changing population of Guangxi in the next ten years by using the model,summarizes the current situation of the development of the aged industry in Guangxi,and analyzes the five major problems in the development of the aging industry in Guangxi:the contradiction between supply and demand,The industrial structure is unbalanced,the investment structure of the aging industry is irrational,the market order is chaotic,and the talent in the aging industry is scarce.Thirdly,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed from the perspectives of the four main participants of the elderly themselves,the government,enterprises and industry associations.Finally,combining with the successful experience and enlightenment of the development of the aging industry both at home and abroad,we put forward some feasible countermeasures that are suitable for the development of the aging industry in Guangxi,including accelerating the economic development,raising the income level of the elderly,seizing the advantages,developing the characteristic aging industry,improving the management idea,Competitiveness,create a policy environment conducive to the development of the aging industry,strengthen the construction of qualified personnel in the aging industry,and strengthen the construction of related infrastructure.The article studies the development of aging industry in Guangxi from the provincial level.In the theoretical sense,enriching and perfecting the research system of aging industry provides a research path for analyzing the development of aging industry in other regions.By studying the influencing factors of the development of aging industry in Guangxi and putting forward some more operational strategies,it is helpful to provide some references for the development of Guangxi's aging industry and provide a reference for the government to formulate its policy on the development of aging industry in Guangxi.Which helps to effectively resolve the various contradictions caused by the aging population in Guangxi and is conducive to the realization of the goal of "being old-aged,old-minded,old-minded,old taught,old-aged and old-minded".
