Research On The Development Model And Approach Of Urban Old-age Care Industry In China Under The Background Of Population Aging

China's aging society since 1990,the aging of the population is deepening.In China's urban areas,the problem of population aging is particularly prominent,has developed into a limit to the level of urbanization in China to improve one of the important factors.To promote the healthy development of urbanization in China,to solve the problem of aging,we must take the road of development of pension industry.The development of pension industry can solve the problem of population aging in urbanization,but also can improve the level of urbanization and promote the development of urban economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development model and way of the old-age industry and to promote the development of urban pension industry and solve the problem of old-age pension.The background of this study is the social phenomenon of the aging of the population,and the content of the key analysis is the development pattern and way of the urban pension industry in China.In order to study this key content,this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of the article.Through the domestic and foreign research on the pension industry,we can see that the academic research on the pension industry is mainly concentrated in the industrial connotation and nature,industry and economic relations,industrial model,industrial development measures and other aspects,and the development of pension industry Mode and way of systematic research is very few,so this article will focus on the development of pension industry model and approach.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of population aging and pension industry in China's cities and towns,and introduces the development models of three kinds of old-age industries in detail and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various models in China.Secondly,based on the CHARLS data,this paper makes an empirical study on the selection of urban pension industry development model in China,and analyzes the model of the development of the current pension industry in China,and points out the problems in its development.Finally,combined with the above analysis,the paper puts forward the main ways of the development of the old-age industry in China,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development.At the end of the article,we have made a general statement on the conclusion ofthis paper,and also pointed out the innovation and shortcomings in this study,and prospects the future research on the development model and approach of pension industry.
